This afternoon, October 16, the City Council is considering a request to declare a one-year moratorium on construction and development activities in the Rancho Estates and Los Cerritos neighborhoods.

The Rancho Estates properties are located east of Studebaker Road between Spring Street and Wardlow Road. The meeting will begin at 5 p.m. at City Hall Council Chambers.
