On April 7 the Fifth District Councilwoman Gerrie Schipske will offer the public one last chance to submit comments on the South East Area Development Improvement Plan (SEADIP) on April 7. The meeting is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. at the Emerson Elementary School auditorium, 2625 Josie Ave today.
