Last Chance For SEADIP

On April 7 the Fifth District Councilwoman Gerrie Schipske will offer the public one last chance to submit comments on the South East Area Development Improvement Plan (SEADIP) on April 7. The meeting is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. at the Emerson Elementary School auditorium, 2625 Josie Ave today.

Coaching, It’s About Who You Are

Coaching is really about you, the who that is you.

That is one of the greatest difference between coaching and any other forms of interpersonal relationship, coaching focuses on the you that you are. When we focus on the who, we get to the core of ourselves. It doesn’t really matter the what and how. What matters is how aligned is who you are according to what you are doing.

Once you are aligned, everything else flows.
