Yeay, it’s Christmas. It’s here again.

I feel I wait for it all year long and zooosh… it’s gone! This time, though, I have taken my precautions. I decorated the house the first days of December. I had Christmas music on the first few days until it was too much. We walked around a little and saw the Christmas decorations. I’ve made a conscious exercise to remember it was Christmas and stop to look at decorated trees. I really think I have everything I needed to do to fully enjoy it.

Now comes the hardest part. I need to fast a little bit before the 24th for the festivities. I won’t get caught again overeating and not be able to enjoy the good food.

My family has always celebrated Christmas on the 24th in the evening. It’s something I love to do and gives us a double whammy when we celebrate with others next day

So Merry Christmas. Regardless of religion, I think it’s a beautiful holiday.
