I have some great Business & Life Coaching clients. And nothing makes me feel better than working with highly motivated people. It just makes your day and the energy they generate carries us forward.

Do you know how you feel when you’ve had a god day at work? It was productive. You’ve made a difference in someone’s life. You’ve made a difference in society. Well, that’s how I feel. And that is usually how I feel after a coaching session.

I was on the phone with someone who is so dynamic, energized and an all around wonderful person. This person is ethical, thinks of others but understands the importance of first working on yourself. This person is the hope for the future and I not only feel fortunate to know someone like that but to also have them as clients.

At the end of a coaching session, you set out for a few actions for the coming week. In three days after our session, this person had accomplished more than we set out for. This client had an epiphany and a shift occurred. However, as we know, a shift is really a shift if it lasts in the future. Knowing her and her drive in life, I know it is a real shift.

It’s just wonderful working with enthusiastic entrepreneurs. They are excited, driven and have a quest. They know who they are and are answering a need they perceived at some point in life.
