Will we hear the end of the Big Box Ban And Labor Peace Agreement? There is another delay for the council vote on big box ban and labor peace agreement ballot placement.

The Long Beach City Council was scheduled to vote tomorrow on whether to place the labor peace agreement and big box ban on the February 5, 2008 ballot for voters. However, that agenda item has been withdrawn, and will be continued to the October 9 meeting. Both items were approved by the council, but were challenged by the initiative process. The council can either vote to put the items on the ballot or rescind their original ordinances.

What is troubling is bundling those two ordinances into one, or it seems to be this way. I have mixed feelings about both.
