Is everyone noticing a spike in spam lately?  Over the last few months, I have experienced over 50% spam in my private email.  It used to be somewhat OK until it was posted in clear in the department of Real Estate and Realtor.org.  It’s really sad these institutions do not take the time to try to protect our addresses a little.

A lot of experts are saying most of the traffic on the Internet is porn and spam.  If the DRE, amongst other would do a little to protect our email addresses, it would help curb the onslaught of extremely dumb and low spam we get.

Remember the definition of spam?  Unsolicited mail sent to you.

It will interest a lot of people but the median price of homes in Long Beach is $494,200, whereas in Lakewood it is, $511,800.  You can also take into consideration that Long Beach is not only bigger but covers more diverse neighborhoods and communities, however the average points to Lakewood.
