Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young, As Good As Ever, Long Beach

Wow, Wow, Wow, OK I have to snap out of it and get back to comprehensible blabbering but the CSNY concert in Orange County was AMAZING!

Next to seeing Pink Floyd at the Chateau de Versaille, it was my second best concert.  One of the reason for that was that it was history in front of a young and older croud.  Anyone who has ever seen Neil Young in concert will know, the man still has it especially after an aneurysm a year earlier.

It was amazing seeing this mystical group still playing the same songs after close to 40 years.  As wonderful as it was, it was also sad that they are still playing peace and anti-war songs.  What was great was that it made you feel good to live in a country where you can speak out.  There were many pictures about the current administration and the group spoke out their minds.  Basically, NO MORE WARS, period!

Another fascinating part of the concert were a young and older crowd gathered.  You could see most of the gray hair had already either seen CSNY or maybe even Buffalo Springfield at one point.  Kids barely out of High School smoking pot which irked me at first but put in perspective, it’s better than listening to that modern boom-boom negative music or the brainless template bland music on the airwaves.

Anyway, Neil Young took the stage at more than one occasion but seeing these three together was amazing and I will never forget this concert.

Go see them if you can.   It is a piece of history.

More Gloomy Predictions of Foreclosure, Long Beach

Massachusetts has experienced an increase of 66 percent in the second quarter as mortgage lenders filed 4,292 notices of foreclosure. That’s a 66 percent surge in filings.

I am still waiting on more news as far as foreclosures in Southern California.

Of course a Calculated Risk article here.

Promise I do reed other news…
