NYCT, To The rescue, Long Beach

This is blatent advertising for a company I have known and used for many years without problems they couldn’t fix very quickly over a personal phone call.  The company is called NYCT.net and we share a lot of common values. I had a few small businesses and my core philosophies were customer service, word-of-mouth and quality at a reasonable price.

I have never worked with another company since, as they have hosted my client’s websites, emails and programed complex databses but still answer the phones temselves.  That is service.

NYCT provides many services, one of which is free phone bill analysis.  Ask them to see exactly what you are paying for. Phone bills can be very confusing and some specialized companies do nothing but analyze phone bills. New York Connect is now offering a free phone bill analysis that will help you see exactly what you are paying for.

It is intersting to see what you are paying for and not using.  Many people pay for services they are not receiving, or paying too much for them. New York Connect will provide a clear and easy to understand explanation that shows your rates, billed services, etc and help you plan for the future. If you want they can recommend cost effective alternatives.

In The Press:

NYCT was recently profiled in the leading ISP magazine, www.isp-planet.com. The editor interviewed NYCT to find out the details about our unique Triple Play. He wrote two pieces. The first article highlights NYCT success in deploying Smart Building Technology, while winning the trust of leading commercial Real Estate Managers. The second article features USA-CONNECT, our VOIP Brand, and how we are making real differences in bringing VOICE OVER INTERNET (VOIP) to clients on our own private network backbone.

Indexes show a decline in June to levels of early 1995 down three points to 47.  The index for sales expectations over the next six months is down five points to 50 and the index gauging traffic of prospective buyers declined four points, to 29.

Let’s keep in mind these are predictions and so far predictions haven’t been very reliable.  However they give us an idea what the industry experts believe will happen.  What is interesting is that the indexes fell in every region this month, down 61 in the West.
